HYROX Hong Kong is Back

With structured HYROX training plans and group classes to build your Engine, we help athletes of all levels prepare with confidence, strength, and community.

A Note From Bam

Through years of competing in HYROX myself and coaching athletes at every level, I’ve learnt that success doesn’t come from guessing, it comes from having a clear plan, training consistently, and being supported by a strong community.

Whether HYROX Hong Kong in May is your first race or your next challenge, we’re here to guide you every step of the way. From building your engine in training to showing up confident on race day. The coaches are also signed up to race so you can be sure we are in it together!

Let’s get after it.

How to Train for HYROX

A successful HYROX training program combines running, functional strength training, and recovery.

At URSUS, our HYROX training focuses on:

  • Running to develop aerobic capacity and race endurance

  • Strength training to build powerful legs, a stable core, and upper-body endurance for sleds, carries, and wall balls

  • Hybrid workouts that mix running and strength to prepare for race-day fatigue

  • Structured recovery to support consistency and reduce injury risk

Strength training won’t slow you down — it’s what allows you to maintain speed, efficiency, and power when it matters most.
