The word “URSUS” means Bear in Latin, reflecting our raw approach to fitness.

So don’t expect anything easy! We make training challenging enough (but nothing you can’t handle) to help shape the best versions of yourselves.

We offer a range of group classes, to cover all your training needs.

Group Class

Bear Camp

Bear Camp delivers Functional Fitness at its finest. We combine dumbbells, assault bikes, ski ergs, sandbags etc to get you fit and strong. If you enjoy EMOMs, AMRAPs and HIIT in a fun group environment then this is the class for you.

This class is scalable to all levels.

Group Class

Strong
& Lean

Strong & Lean classes are designed to do exactly what it says on the tin. Programmed and periodized resistance training that focuses on different body parts, 3 times a week (Mon: Lower Body, Wed: Upper Body, Fri: Split)

These classes are centered around the use of barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells and bodyweight training, regularly focusing on compound movements such as squats, bench press, deadlift and overhead press. This class is scalable to all levels.

Boxing & Muay Thai

Hit the bags and learn your combinations with our Boxing trainers. Work your way round to mastering combos and the speed ball whilst improving fitness. It’s time to bring out the best fighter in you!

In our Muay Thai classes you will learn fundamental techniques and in no time be able to create countless combinations using your elbows, knees & kicks! These classes are scalable to all levels.
