The URSUS Fit class will get you performing a diversity of exercises focused on building muscle and strength using resistance training. Scheduled 3 times a week, this class will cover all the bases of your strength training each week:
Monday: Lower Body
Wednesday: Upper Body
Friday: Whole Body

BEAR CAMP
FUNCTIONAL TRAINING AT ITS BEST
Dial up the intensity at one of URSUS' most unconventional classes. Similar to HIIT, this circuit training class combines strength and endurance with equipment not normally seen. Tyres, sledgehammers, Assault Bikes, you name it.
With classes capped at 20, you get to push yourself harder and work out with a crowd. This class will surely be your next big obsession!

This class provides the most fundamental Muay Thai training. In no time, you will be able to create countless combinations using your elbows, knees & kicks!
