The URSUS Fit class will get you performing a diversity of exercises focused on building muscle and strength using resistance training. Scheduled 3 times a week, this class will cover all the bases of your strength training each week:
 

​Monday: Lower Body
Wednesday: Upper Body

Friday: Whole Body

BEAR CAMP

FUNCTIONAL TRAINING AT ITS BEST

Dial up the intensity at one of URSUS' most unconventional classes. Similar to HIIT, this circuit training class combines strength and endurance with equipment not normally seen. Tyres, sledgehammers, Assault Bikes, you name it. 

 

With classes capped at 20, you get to push yourself harder and work out with a crowd. This class will surely be your next big obsession!

Hit the bags and learn your combinations with our Boxing trainers. Work your way round to mastering the speed bag  and we could throw you in the ring for a couple of partner drills! It's time to bring out the best fighter in you!

MASTER THE ART OF 8 LIMBS

This class provides the most fundamental Muay Thai training. In no time, you will be able to create countless combinations using your elbows, knees & kicks! 

 

 Learn from the best and you could be well on your way to becoming a Muay Thai champion yourself.
